AKN Keloidalis Nuchae Treatment: Comprehensive care for AKN, including removal of infected hairs and bacteria.
3. Booking and Appointments
A. Online Bookings:
Bookings can be made via our website. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation terms (see below) are met.
B. In-Person Appointments:
Arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, depending on availability.
You may be required to fill out a consultation form and provide relevant medical history before treatment.
C. Rescheduling and Cancellations:
Reschedule or cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
4. Payments
A. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash. For online bookings, payments are processed securely through our website.
B. Fees and Charges: The prices of our services are displayed on our website and may vary based on individual needs. Additional fees for bespoke treatments will be communicated during the consultation.
C. Refund Policy: Deposits and payments are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances.

B. Following Aftercare Instructions:

C. Photo Uploads: Clients using our online consultation service must upload clear and accurate photos of their hair/scalp. Instructions for photo uploads are provided, and failure to follow them may delay the consultation process.

Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP)
SMP is a cosmetic treatment, and results may vary based on individual factors.
The procedure may require multiple sessions, which will be discussed during the consultation.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and follow the aftercare guidelines provided.
Custom Hair Unit
Hair units are customised to meet individual needs. A consultation is required to determine the best solution.
Maintenance instructions will be provided, and regular follow-ups are recommended.
No refunds are issued for custom-made units.
PRP Hair Loss Treatment
Results may vary based on the individual’s response to treatment.
PRP requires a series of sessions for optimal results. Missed sessions may affect the outcome.
Follow aftercare instructions to avoid complications.
AKN Keloidalis Nuchae Treatment
Treatment involves weekly sessions, which must be attended consecutively for best results.
A daily home care regimen with the product kit is required. Products are sold separately.
Failure to adhere to the treatment plan may result in incomplete outcomes.
